Who doesn't want to see a positive ROI in their employee wellness program?ROI corporate fitness

Here's the thing: ROI is tricky; any vendor who promises otherwise is not to be trusted.  If you've done any research on the topic, you've probably seen a lot of support for fairly old studies that report anywhere from 3:1 up to 6+:1 for ROI.  We're not doubting that science, we're just saying it is very hard to track down reliable ROI data from traditional employee wellness programming.

There's more than one way to calculate the return on your investement in employee health.

The science matters, there's no question; we absolutely need more if it in the field.  But most businesses can't put it all together, and there are so many variables that it's really hard to do it right.  Just because you lack the data doesn't mean that your program lacks punch.   We think turning a more practical eye on your efforts could show you more than enough about how your programs are impacting your employees and your bottom line.

We make no apologies.

Of course, our spin on this topic focuses on corporate fitness centers and we know our philosophy is tainted (if you will) by our practice.  We're not data drones, we're people who are passionate about helping employees move more.  So instead of spinning our wheels on the numbers, we're zeroed in on engaging your workforce to use their corporate fitness center.  We don't apologize for our passion.
