The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) requires that you sign an agreement before your scheduled event. The agreement will outline your fees and a payment schedule.

All catering arrangements are the responsibility of the renting party. Your caterer must provide NIFS with proof of insurance and indemnification.

Audio/visual equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The following audio/visual equipment may be reserved for your use with any facility rental:

• Loud speaker system
• Dry erase marker board with markers
• Easel
• Overhead projector
• Slide projector
• VCR and monitor
• Auditorium equipment (includes use of handheld microphone and projection screen)
• LCD projector/Laptop (additional fee)
