Incentive Programs

  • Muscles In Motion
    This month long incentive challenges both the mind and body of older adults. Participants will earn points on a scorecard for completing various activities as well as mind challenging quizzes and puzzles. This friendly competition creates an interactive environment in yodescribe the imageur facility.
  • Mountain Climbing Challenge
    The Mountain Climbing Challenge sends participants on a self-motivating quest to complete the actual distance it entails to climb a mountain. Participants self-report their accumulated mileage and because there isn't a time limit to climb the mountain, it is great for participants of all fitness levels.
  • Maintain Not Gain
    This program encourages realistic weight maintenance over the 12 week holiday season, and motivates residents by incorporating an element of friendly competition. Weigh in and out as a team and challenge your teammates to maintain their weight within two pounds of their starting weight.
  • March Mayhem
    This fun fitness incentive is themed around the annual college basketball tournament in March. Participants exercise, pick teams, and follow the tourney action right down to the national championship game. Winner takes all!
