Try something different, if you enjoy kickboxing workouts Karen has added kickboxing into the mix.  Give it a whirl and see how you like it!

 

Complete each series, 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between each exercise, repeat each series 2-3 times each.

Series 1: Side Lunges, Jump Squats, Single Leg Deadlift

Series 2: Push Up, Row, Single Leg Deadlift

Series 3: Plank, Superman, Bird Dog
