New Session Information

Starts: Tuesday, February 18, 2020
Ends: Thursday, April 9, 2020
Cost:
All classes run for eight week session. Tread and Shred, Total Body Boot Camp and Thighs Butts and Guts are $24 a session. Flexibility, Weight Lifting 101, Strictly Strength, and Lunch Crunch are $16 per session or $24 if purchased together. Class fees will not be prorated and must be paid via PayPal.

Weight Lifting 101: 11:30am - 11:50am | Designed to break down the motions of simple lifting exercise and transition to even more complex lifting motions. Very light weights will be use because the class is about form, not how much you can lift! (20 min)

Super Circuit Only: 12:00p - 12:20p | This total body circuit class may be short and sweet, but don’t worry there will still be sweat! Classes will vary in different exercises each class. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, and is a great midday challenge! (20 min)

Lunch Crunch Only: 12:20p - 12:40p |Improve posture and overall core strength in this 20-minute core, abdominal, and lower back-focused class. Build the foundation that will take your fitness to the next level!
- Thighs, Butts, and Guts: 1:00p - 1:45pm | Tone, firm, and strengthen your lower body and core with this 45 minute boot camp style session. This class combines strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises to sculpt and lift those trouble areas. Thighs, Butts, and Guts is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. (45 min)
- Strictly Strength Only: 12:00pm - 12:0pm |Total body toning class is a simple format designed to be challenging and keep you moving. The goal is to tone and strengthen those problem areas and work muscles you forgot you had. (20 min)
- Lunch Crunch Only: 12:20pm - 12:40pm | Improve posture and overall core strength in this 20-minute core, abdominal, and lower back-focused class. Build the foundation that will take your fitness to the next level!
- Tread & Shred: 1:00pm - 1:45pm |Mix it up with this challenging and dynamic total body conditioning class that incorporates a creative design of cardiovascular exercises that burn fat and strength moves to sculpt your body. Similar to Total Body Boot Camp but with a heavier emphasis on cardiovascular health. (45 min)
- Flexibility: 3:30pm - 3:50pm | Whether you decide to attend in the morning or afternoon this class will leave you feeling more awake and ready to work. Flexibility class is designed to improve your flexibility, posture and combat those hours of sitting through Yoga-inspired moves. Even if you can’t stay the whole 20 minutes, take a few minutes out of your day to stretch your muscles and relieve stress. (20 min)
- Total Body Boot Camp: 4:15pm - 5:00pm | This class is a challenging mix of cardiovascular and strength training exercises that promote major calorie burn. Due to the class’s creative blend of exercises, it’s a great way to mix up your normal fitness routine. (45 min)
You can choose to participate in just one class or in as many formats as are listed. To purchase, select from the dropdown menu below and select the classes you would like to participate in. We will have a roster of who has paid for the classes, so there is no need to bring proof of payment to the session.
